Junior Designer

The Routine
  • Translate client discovery details into visual identities that meet creative and technical objectives.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute the ideas that take a project further.

  • Design supporting brand collateral including marketing materials that reflect client goals and studio standards.

  • Contribute to deliverable updates, basic layouts, and design tweaks under guidance from senior designers.

  • Collaborate closely with the team to ensure projects stay on track and align with creative direction.

  • Work closely with printers and have practice in preparing files for production.

  • Help manage files, organize project materials, and keep creative workflows efficient.

  • Hoard inspiration that tickles your brain in that special way.

What You're Bringing
  • Solid skills and extensive use of the Adobe Creative Suite primarily Illustrator and InDesign.

  • Experience with working in a creative environment.

  • A strong eye for layout, type, and finer editorial details.

  • A deep understanding of design best practices and theories.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining the highest of standards.

  • Confident communication skills and the ability to chat smoothly with clients and teammates.

  • You show independance and reliablity managing your time effectively while working remotely.

  • Able to retain confidential client information and be legally bound under an non-disclosure agreement.

  • We want someone who sees the long-term picture and jumps in to elevate the studio with thoughtful contributions and fresh energy.
