We are looking for our gooey center who knows where everything stands, what’s coming next, and how to keep the team and client aligned.

The Routine
  • Translate creative briefs into clear project plans with milestones and deliverables.

  • Develop project proposals that align objectives, scope, and studio capabilities.

  • Manage schedules, budgets, and resources across projects.

  • ‎Act as contact once projects are in motion, making sure communication is clear and expectations are met.

  • Juggle details and deadlines while keeping momentum strong so projects cross the finish line smoothly.

  • Support the team with admin tasks like invoicing and file management.

What You're Bringing
  • ‎Project management experience in a creative environment.

  • A natural knack for organizationn and details.

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and the confidence to keep clients and creatives on the same page.

  • The ability to run multiple projects simultaneously without losing track.

  • Demonstrate initiative by identifying potential risks and implementing solutions before they impact progress.

  • Be comfortable working remotely and managing your time effectively.
