The Routine
Translate creative briefs into clear project plans with milestones and deliverables.
Develop project proposals that align objectives, scope, and studio capabilities.
Manage schedules, budgets, and resources across projects.
Act as contact once projects are in motion, making sure communication is clear and expectations are met.
Juggle details and deadlines while keeping momentum strong so projects cross the finish line smoothly.
Support the team with admin tasks like invoicing and file management.
What You're Bringing
Project management experience in a creative environment.
A natural knack for organizationn and details.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and the confidence to keep clients and creatives on the same page.
The ability to run multiple projects simultaneously without losing track.
Demonstrate initiative by identifying potential risks and implementing solutions before they impact progress.
Be comfortable working remotely and managing your time effectively.
